2. Refund Policy

We are committed to providing a high-value service to support your child's growth. However, we understand that our Product may not be the right fit for everyone. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to you while protecting our intellectual property and sustaining our business.

For Subscription Plans

We offer a 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee for all new subscription plans. If you are not satisfied with the Product within the first 7 days of your initial subscription purchase, you may request a full refund.

  • To request a refund, please contact our support team at business@entrext.in with your account email and reason for the request.
  • Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after approval.
  • After the 7-day period, no full or partial refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.

For One-Time Reports and Digital Goods

Due to the immediate digital nature of one-time assessment reports and action plans, all sales of one-time digital products are final and non-refundable once the analysis has been generated and delivered to your dashboard. This policy is in place to prevent misuse of our intellectual property.

Exceptions may be made in cases where a technical error prevented the report from being generated or accessed, at the sole discretion of the Nurturely team.

3. Chargebacks and Fraud

We take "friendly fraud" and unauthorized chargebacks seriously. If a chargeback is initiated against a purchase that falls outside our refund policy or without prior contact to our support team, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the user account and revoke access to all past and present data.
